While there, she developed their Document Review business plan, and was involved in the daily operations of their processing, forensics, collection, project management and emerging technologies teams. As a document review attorney, she received much of her experience working at the prominent US law firm, Boies, Schiller & Flexner where she spent seven years as an attorney involved in multi million page document reviews for major international clients engaged in civil litigation, several which have gone to trial. Donna's caseload included class actions, defense of manufacturers, corporate compliance, antitrust, and white-collar crime. While at Boies, Schiller and Flexner, Donna was selected to serve on the Document Review Task Force whose mission was to develop best practices in vendor selection, collections, searching and review. Donna is licensed to practice in New York. Donna works with Bodhi Global for supervision, training and quality control associated with large scale document reviews.</p> <h4><a name="joe"></a></h4> <h4>Joe Valentine</h4> <p style="text-align: justify">Joe Valentine combines legal expertise in complex litigation document collection and organization and issues pertaining to attorney-client privilege and work product immunity with in-depth working knowledge of IS systems within corporations, so as to provide concrete advice to major corporations regarding discovery and protection of electronic data. His industry focus includes Automotive, Consumer Products & Services, Insurance, Medical Devices and Pharmaceuticals. Joe is currently Counsel to Wheeler Trigg O Donnell and has worked with Hughes Hubbard & Reed and Skadden Arps in the past. Joe formulates strategy and provides high level supervision for Bodhi Global litigation projects.</p> <p> <h4><a name="dan"></a></h4> <h4>Daniel A. Crane - Professor of Law</h4> <p style="text-align: justify">Dan Crane is currently teaching at the University of Michigan Law School. Previously he was a Professor of Law at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Yeshiva University, where he tought Antitrust and Contracts. Dan Crane has provided comprehensive and interactive training to the Bodhi attorneys on a variety of subjects, including an overview of the U.S. legal systems and laws, litigation (responsiveness, confidentiality, relevance, work product, attorney-client and other privileges), Government investigations and second requests, and cultural issues relating to the practice of law in the United States. Dan's training is a critical part of Bodhi's ongoing educational programs for all attorneys. Dan will continue to be an important partner and will make regular trips to India to expand and oversee our training programs. </p> <p style="text-align: justify">Dan received a B.A in Political Science from Wheaton College (<i>Magna Cum Laude</i>) and a J.D. from the University of Chicago (with Honors). He was a Member of the University of Chicago Law Review. Upon graduation, Dan clerked for the Honorable Kenneth L. Ryskamp of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Dan then joined the litigation department of Morgan, Lewis &amp; Bockius in Miami, followed by a four-year stint in the litigation department at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton &amp; Garrison LLP in New York. Dan was recruited by Cardozo Law School in 2003, and remains as Counsel to Paul Weiss.</p> <p style="text-align: justify">Dan's recent scholarship has focused primarily on antitrust and economic regulation, particularly predatory pricing, bundling and the antitrust implications of patent dispute settlements. His articles and essays have appeared in the University of Chicago Law Review, the Cornell Law Review, the Emory Law Journal, the Georgia Law Review, the Minnesota Law Review and the Florida Law Review. He is co-editing (with Eleanor Fox of New York University Law School) the ANTITRUST STORIES volume of Foundations Press' LAW STORIES series. Dan's articles have been cited in a number of federal and state court opinions. </p> <h4><a name="ashok"></a></h4> <h4>Mr. Ashok K. Patni</h4> <p style="text-align: justify">Mr. Ashok K. Patni is co-founder of Patni Computer Systems and PCS Technology (see 'Our Founders'). Mr. Patni has over 22 years of experience in computer hardware and systems software. He has contributed significantly in the past to the growth of the computer hardware industry in India. He is Managing Director of PCS Technology Limited, one of India's leading hardware companies that has 26 offices across the globe and employs over 3000 people.<br> <br> Mr. Patni is a Mechanical Engineer from IIT, Mumbai. He plays a directional board role in the family companies and serves as advisor to several other firms. </p> <h4><a name="gajendra"></a></h4> <h4>Mr. Gajendra K. Patni</h4> <p style="text-align: justify">Mr. Gajendra K. Patni is co-founder of Patni Computer Systems and PCS Technology (see 'Our Founders'). He has contributed significantly to the growth of the computer business in India and has over 35 years of experience in finance, banking, legal and personnel functions. Previously he was the Managing Director of Industrial Oxygen Company Limited, a successful chemicals company now jointly owned by Air Products and Chemicals, Inc.<br> <br> Mr. Patni is a Chemical Engineer from IIT, Delhi.
