Mr. Ashok K. PatniMr. Ashok K. Patni is co-founder of Patni Computer Systems and PCS Technology
(see 'Our Founders'). Mr. Patni has over 22 years of experience in computer
hardware and systems software. He has contributed significantly in the
past to the growth of the computer hardware industry in India. He is Managing
Director of PCS Technology Limited, one of India's leading hardware companies
that has 26 offices across the globe and employs over 3000 people. Daniel A. Crane - Professor of LawDan Crane is a Professor of Law at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Yeshiva University, where he teaches Antitrust and Contracts. Dan Crane has provided comprehensive and interactive training to the Bodhi attorneys on a variety of subjects, including an overview of the U.S. legal systems and laws, litigation (responsiveness, confidentiality, relevance, work product, attorney-client and other privileges), Government investigations and second requests, and cultural issues relating to the practice of law in the United States. Dan's training is a critical part of Bodhi's ongoing educational programs for all attorneys. Dan will continue to be an important partner and will make regular trips to India to expand and oversee our training programs. Dan received a B.A in Political Science from Wheaton College (Magna Cum Laude) and a J.D. from the University of Chicago (with Honors). He was a Member of the University of Chicago Law Review. Upon graduation, Dan clerked for the Honorable Kenneth L. Ryskamp of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Dan then joined the litigation department of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius in Miami, followed by a four-year stint in the litigation department at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP in New York. Dan was recruited by Cardozo Law School in 2003, and remains as Counsel to Paul Weiss. Dan's recent scholarship has focused primarily on antitrust and economic regulation, particularly predatory pricing, bundling and the antitrust implications of patent dispute settlements. His articles and essays have appeared in the University of Chicago Law Review, the Cornell Law Review, the Emory Law Journal, the Georgia Law Review, the Minnesota Law Review and the Florida Law Review. He is co-editing (with Eleanor Fox of New York University Law School) the ANTITRUST STORIES volume of Foundations Press' LAW STORIES series. Dan's articles have been cited in a number of federal and state court opinions. Mr. Gajendra K. PatniMr. Gajendra K. Patni is co-founder of Patni Computer Systems and PCS
Technology (see 'Our Founders'). He has contributed significantly to the
growth of the computer business in India and has over 35 years of experience
in finance, banking, legal and personnel functions. Previously he was
the Managing Director of Industrial Oxygen Company Limited, a successful
chemicals company now jointly owned by Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. Naseem Sayed Qadeer - Attorney at LawNaseem Qadeer is a seasoned attorney and legal assistant with twenty-two years of experience in India and the United States on large, complex cases involving massive document productions. She has worked closely with high profile litigators in Miami and in New York. At Bodhi, Naseem will supervise litigation support projects both in India and the United States. Naseem received her law degree from the Government Law College in Mumbai, India, and then went on to complete her Masters of Law in Commercial Law from Mumbai University. She subsequently joined The Reserve Bank of India and worked in the Foreign Exchange Department, handling licensing of Foreign Investments, Foreign Accounts and Foreign Employment under the Foreign Exchange Act of 1973. Thereafter, Naseem moved to the U.S., where she attended the University of Miami and completed a J.D. and a Masters of Law in Comparative Studies. After being admitted to practicing law in the United States, Naseem joined the Law Offices of Stanley Rosenblatt, lead counsel on the Union Carbide Litigation. She traveled to Bhopal to document the injuries of approximately twenty thousand clients represented by the firm and worked on the litigation thereafter. In 1986, she joined Hornsby and Wheisenand, where she managed millions of documents related to a complex litigation representing the Government of Venezuela. Naseem then began working for Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP in New York,
where she developed an expertise in complex commercial litigations and
trials. During her seventeen years at Weil, Naseem managed numerous large-scale
and complex litigations, working closely with senior partners on all aspect
of those cases, from discovery through trial. Naseem worked on many high
profile trials, including the Long Island Lighting Company's Shoreham
Nuclear Power Plant Litigation, several cases for Matshushita Electric
Industrial Co. and litigation for Computer Associates and American Airlines.
She also worked on high profile international litigation, such as a case
for ESPN in which an Indian plaintiff sued ESPN for $200 million in damages
over the launch of the ESPN India channel. ESPN prevailed at trial. Naseem is admitted in India and in the States of New York and Florida, and is resident in New York. Poorvi Chothani - LawquestLawQuest a law firm founded in December 2003, headquartered in Mumbai,

to the law firm of Cyrus D. Mehta & Associates, PLLC, New York U.S.A.,
which has a practice focused on US Immigration and Nationality Law and
a member of The European Association of Attorneys (AEA). Saradian Associates, Inc - Marketing ConsultancySaradian Associates is working with Bodhi Global in marketing legal support services in the United States. Headquartered in New York City, and with a ten-year track record of servicing major corporate clients on both coasts, the firm specializes in management and marketing consultancies in the financial, health care, legal, real estate, media and insurance industries. Since 2002, Saradian has focused on facilitating the outsourcing of an array of legal and technical back-office processing services to India.
