Litigation Document Review Pilot Project
Client is a leading US law firm based in Washington, DC (AmLaw 100).
Client asked Bodhi Global to conduct a pilot to review documents that
had already been produced in a case that was concluded. Client was interested
in comparing the results of the Bodhi Global team against its document
reviewers and assessing the project management protocols that we applied
to the review process.
Our Approach:
- Bodhi assembled a dedicated review team of Indian and US lawyers:
(a) the first level review was conducted by our Indian attorneys and
team leads; and (b) the second level review was conducted by experienced
US attorneys.
- Bodhi Global worked closely with the Client to obtain information
about the case.
- The Bodhi Global team reviewed the documents within a short timeline
and identified responsiveness, relevance and potential privilege. For
responsive documents, we also identified the substantive issues to which
they related.
- We performed a number of separate searches of the document population
to double check that we had identified classes of documents that were
potentially responsive.
- We were able to report to the Client regarding the details of our
review (e.g., documents/hour, accuracy rate at different levels of review)

Lease Abstraction
Client is a global real estate advisory and services firm. Client required
abstraction of commercial leases for U.S.-based real estate transactions.

Contract Review
Contract Drafting
Client is a practicing attorney in Europe. Client wanted standard template
agreements as per Indian laws that she could sell to existing and new
clients for the Indian market.
Our Approach:
- Bodhi selected a team of attorneys under the supervision of a team
leader, with substantial experience of contract drafting.
- Sample agreements were drafted by the team and the same were thoroughly
checked by the team leader and senior Bodhi attorneys before beginning
the project.
- The team picked up the task and completed the project within the stated

Corporate Due Diligence
Acquisition Due Diligence
Client is a large Indian diversified corporation with a portfolio of
assets straddling the manufacturing and services sectors - Steel, Energy,
Power, Communication, Shipping & Logistics, and Construction. Client
was acquiring a mining company in Canada. Indian client retained Bodhi
Global team to conduct due diligence on documents of the Canadian company.
Documents were available in a virtual data room. Primarily Bodhi Global
team checked for outstanding liabilities and impact of change of control
on existing licenses and agreements. Timing was a critical factor.

supervision of 2 team leaders and 1 quality leader.
- The team went through a quick project briefing along with an understanding

Case Summary
Client is a Washington D.C. based law firm that routinely uses its full-time
associates to summarize recent opinions in its areas of expertise. Client
wanted to explore the process and cost of having this case summary work
done off-shore. Bodhi Global put together a team of five lawyers for the
project, devised a training program that was led by our US based President
(a former litigator for Weil Gotshal) and delivered the case summaries
to the Client. The Client provided a template with the information that
it wanted included in the summary.

software companies in the world. Client wanted a multi-jurisdiction trademark
search to be done based on its logo and name and one of its products.
Client retained Bodhi directly.

- The team was briefed on the client specifications and the class of
search along with the jurisdictions.
- The project was divided among the team members, based on the jurisdictions
