Bodhi Global was founded by three of the top lawyers in India and the
founders of one of India's most successful companies providing IT infrastructure

- Ajay Bahl, Zia Mody and Bahram Vakil are the three founding partners
of AZB & Partners, one of India's top law firms. In 2006, AZB &
Partners was awarded the Indian National Law Firm of the Year by the
International Financial Law Review. With over 120 lawyers, AZB provides
substantive oversight to the legal support services being provided by
Bodhi Global.
- The Patni Family is the founder of Patni Computer Systems, a New York
Stock Exchange listed company that provides IT infrastructure support
in the business outsourcing environment. The Patni involvement brings
a high-level approach to data, systems and operational security, as
well as client confidentiality. Arihant Patni, an engineer who was educated
and trained in the United States, is Bodhi Global's CEO.

Bodhi Global assigns a Project Manager in the US and India for each job.
The US Project Manager is responsible for first-line communications with
the US client and for overseeing any work performed in the US. The India
Project Manager is responsible for implementing the client's directions
and overseeing any work performed by the attorney team in India. The Project
Managers are responsible for performing ongoing quality checks of the
work to assure that mistakes are caught and questions are raised and answered
quickly, thus increasing efficiency and cost savings over the course of
the project.
How Does Bodhi Global Bill Clients for Its Work?
Bodhi Global adopts a flexible approach to billing and will work with
its clients to establish a billing regime that makes most sense for the

How Did Bodhi Global Choose Its Office Locations?
Bodhi Global's original office is located at Nariman Point, Mumbai. This
is one of the financial hubs of India, with close proximity to Bodhi Global's
founders. Bodhi Global is opening a new office in Pune, about 100 miles
form Mumbai. Pune boasts several highly regarded law schools (two of India's
Top 10) and technical institutes, and is ranked as one of the largest
and fastest growing technology centers in India. Given the attractive
talent pool, low real estate costs and quality of life, Bodhi Global chose
Pune as a logical place to grow. The Pune facility will sit up to 270
