- Manage international patent, trademark and copyright portfolios (including establishing and maintaining databases, intimating renewal dates, creating timelines for filing extensions and other procedural requirements, and managing local patent counsel).
- Conduct online trademark searches and draft trademark applications.
- Prepare enforcement documentation relating to Trademarks and Copyrights.
- Conduct “prior art” searches and generate reports.
- Review documents in patent litigation.
- Assist in IP due diligence in corporate transactions.

- Client was a global provider of technology services to the telecommunications industry. The client needed a multi-jurisdiction trademark search based on the company logo and name as well as for one of its products. Bodhi Global assembled a team under the supervision and guidance of an IP expert from AZB.
- The team was briefed on the client specifications (class of search, jurisdictions). The project was delegated based on the jurisdictions of search, namely India, US, UK, EU and Singapore. Online research platforms were used to prepare a search report within a short span of three days
