At Bodhi we seek to build long standing relationships. In addition to attending to requests on a project/hourly basis, we are in a position to provide a full-time, dedicated team to our clients so as to maximize efficiency in cost and production. The team is selected and trained specifically for the client's needs. The client is assigned a separate work area and segregated space on our servers. Communication protocols are set in place to ensure constant involvement of the client. The client plays a major role in training and supervising the team. This effectively works like an extension of the client's own office. We would charge the client on a per person per month basis.
This is called the 'Full Time Employee' or 'FTE' model. The team can be
as small as one lawyer or scale up to over a hundred people.
We have been working with Bodhi Global for almost a year now in areas of corporate and Intellectual Property Rights due diligence. While initially the Bodhi team did not have specific expertise in the media and entertainment industry, they were able to quickly adapt to the requirements of this space and match our expectations in terms of quality and speed. More importantly, they were able to learn the way we do business and build that into their delivery model. After our first few assignments where we had the Bodhi team travel to our offices located across the country and execute the work onsite, we were able to successfully move the entire process to their Pune facility.
